We absolutely loved this apartment. The location and everything about it was fantastic. Thank you very much Ricardo for

Size, decor, location, cleanliness, incredibly responsive staff,

The shower head in the first bathroom detaches and water sprays everywhere. Needs repair. No toaster.

Overall great value and location in Florence.

Great location, good space for a group of people sharing and authentic decor.

Toilets very noisy. A/c in two of the bedrooms were not cooling well.
