    Location is great.Building was nice

There was NO functioning air conditioning while we there. There is no WhatsApp contact number for quick resolution of problems. Only email, then a delayed response. Wrong wi fi information.Emails to sort out Air con not working, Reply...it was working this morning ... How does that help our problem? That it was working before we arrived.? ? 3 full days, we could not relax during day inside, too hot..hard to sleep at night.Verona in August is consistently 34 plus during days Kitchenette, no light or extractor fan over stove. You cannot cook without filling kitchen area with fumes ! The apartment was huge and had everything we required. It was a stones throw from the Amphitheatre which was what we required for our visit to the opera. Close to all sights , restaurants and cafes. Would recommend and would use again

The only minor gripe was the internet was not working, seemed to be a problem with the router. It was not a necessity for us so it did not spoil our enjoyment of the apartment
