Non soddisfatti!
Solo la distribuzione dell appartamento e la posizione
Zero accoglienza. Chiavi lasciate in una cassetta postale e mai visto nessuno. Un appartamento molto bello, distribuito bene ,buona posizione nella parte storica della città, ma senza alcuna "anima"! Non un biglietto di benvenuto, non un cestino di frutta, un fiore o qualcosa che " coccoli " il cliente. Non una bottiglia di acqua all arrivo , e il distributore del frigorifero rotto con risposta che si può bere quella del rubinetto.... in bagno 3 bustine scarse di bagnoschiuma, nessun rotolo di ricambio di cartaigenica, né una confezione di kleenex . In uno dei due bagni non c è la giusta pendenza del piatto doccia e l acqua finisce tutta sul pavimento del bagno. Sicuramente non è un concetto di accoglienza all italiana ,che fa sentire benvenuti e che lascia la voglia di tornarci. Ciliegina sulla torta , che bisogna lasciare l appartamento raccogliendosi tutta la biancheria, buttare l immondizia ( a 1 km e 200 metri dalla struttura)e.... mancava solo ci chiedessero di lavare i servizi e passare lo straccio! Il prezzo pagato ( 600 euro x 3 giorni) è assolutamente non adeguato per ciò che viene offerto. Sicuramente per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a Verona cercheremo altro.

Die Lage, die Aufteilung und die Grösse des Appartement.
Mit der Sauberkeit im Bad, Wohn- und Esszimmer waren wir nicht zufrieden, aber da ist auch jeder unterschiedlich. Die Kissen waren zu hart.
