  Lage

  Ich habe über Booking gebucht und musste mich auch bei einer zweiten Plattform registrieren, damit ich überhaupt einchecken konnte. Zudem musste ich online damit ich den Zugangscode erhalte die die Taxen für Mailand bezahlen. Danach erhielt ich den QR-Code für den Zugang. Dieser funktionierte aber nicht. Zudem war nicht klar wo sich die Wohnung befindet. Man kam mit dem QR-Code zwar dann in einen Innenhof aber dann war immer noch nicht klar wo was also es war sehr schwierig überhaupt die Wohnung zu finden und da wirklich auch reinzukommen sehr komplex. Ich musste vier mal anrufen bis ich wirklich dann in der Wohnung war. Das bin ich mir von Booking so nicht gewohnt. Wenn ich was buche habe ich in der Regel schon alles was klar ist und muss nicht noch mit einer zweiten Plattform mit mehreren Leuten das lösen das war überhaupt enicht convenient und hat mir nicht gefallen.

  Appartement was nice and wide, all appliances were included.

  Location was good. Near Garibaldi railway. Near luggage StowYourBags locker. Near to road that takes you in half a hour walking to Duomo.

  I needed help with main door entrance as I could not open it via phone. (Maybe my phone connection problems) Luckily there was someone to open the door. There may be some street noise as bar in next door house but that happened only once during 5day stay. Still Milan. One thing that was bit confusing was the real location as I looked first from address Corso Como 11 but actual address was Via Nino Bonnet 5 - around the corner (though was mentioned in final /pre-check in email)

  Great location!

  Spacious and clean apartment, lovely and big terrace, comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms and amazing location which is why we booked this property in the first place. Everything you need is a quick walking distance, safe and clean area. Entry was easy by using the QR codes provided no issues with receiving instructions either, kitchen well equipped and overall great accommodation. We had issues with the water during our stay which hindered a comfortable experience as we also had an infant with us but staff for very responsive and available at all times and overall very helpful!

  Would have been nice to have a highchair and cot provided which would've made for a much more comfortable stay but ok but most importantly there were quite a few issues with the water, no hot water was available for long periods of time on and off during our stay and sometimes the water would run brown. The staff were very responsive and helpful offering to alternative accommodation and sending technician to fix the issues the next day.

  Location was great, quite comfortable beds

  Amenities were not very really well maintained (shower mount falling off), overall the price was quite high for the quality of the apartment
