    There was nothing about the property itself that I could genuinely appreciate. Fortunately, Milan is a beautiful, vibrant city, full of energy and character. That, however, has nothing to do with the accommodation.

    An exceptionally poorly managed property, with serious deficiencies in basic guest service. Check-in instructions were contradictory, the designated key collection point turned out to be closed, and essential building access information was missing, leaving us repeatedly unable to enter without assistance from other residents. The kitchen table and countertop were sticky and required cleaning before use, despite a contractual cleaning charge of €156. The apartment had pre-existing damage to doors, blinds and flooring, which I had to photograph and report to protect myself against potential charges under the rental agreement. Particularly remarkable is that the contract allocated €232.66 to reception and assistance services, yet obtaining reliable instructions and access to the building proved unnecessarily difficult. After twenty years of regularly using short-term rentals, I find this level of organisation and service unacceptable and would not recommend the property.

    If you don't mind a clean before starting your holiday then the apartment is perfect.

    The apartment was well situated in the centre of Milan. It was easy to walk to most of the attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and ice-cream parlours in a very short walking distance.

    It was not easy to find the apartment as the road is separated by a gate half-was down and therefore it is necessary to enter the road from the other direction. It would be helpful to mention this as it is a long way round especially if your arrival is late in the evening. The apartment was not at all clean. it was necessary to wash everything before using it. The toilet was especially dirty. The electric tripped while we were there and the electric box is placed behind a tall, heavy fridge.
