    Aerul condiționat nu funcționează corespunzător . Nu răcește suficient , temperatura era setată pe 16 grade iar în camera erau 30

    location was great but, we would not stay again due to virtual host communication challenges

    location was great, apartment had most everything we would need

    Room was not clean, beds were not made, wet, stained towels were left folded for 2 guests, but we had 3 on the reservation. Communication regarding the condition of room was difficult. English was mentioned as an option but it appeared that it was challenging. Two separate cleaning crews were sent to respond to cleaning issues, but we could not speak with each other. Lock box would not open when we left to provide keys. There was another set of keys left on the floor outside our door with no communication. We assumed they were for the apartment and left both sets on the table. Although location was great we would likely not stay at another automated entry like this. It is better to have a host available to speak with.
