The worst experience ever
Great location
I had a very disappointing experience. I was unable to access the apartment due to a faulty lock and had to wait outside for nearly an hour before anyone came to assist. Customer service was extremely slow to respond and not particularly helpful. Once inside, I discovered that the hot water wasn’t working. A maintenance technician spent over two hours trying to fix the issue, but ultimately it couldn’t be resolved, and I was asked to move to another apartment. I had to carry my luggage myself, only to be relocated to a ground-floor unit that was equally unsatisfactory. Throughout the process, customer service was rude and unaccommodating, despite me remaining polite and patient. Overall, it was a frustrating and exhausting experience
