    Great location but some apartments are waaaay better than others and management need to sort that out.

    Central location to where we needed to be.

    Our apartment needs a lot of TLC and updating. It’s dated, has clearly had a hammering and was not clean when we arrived. Our apartment was nowhere near the standard and quality of my parents apartment that I also booked in the same complex - what we paid for a 3 bedroom apartment was ridiculous for such a lesser quality to the 1 bedroom apartment.

    We always enjoy staying here as it has a great wildlife area and like the riveerview.

    I have stayed at Itara many times and have it a good experience

    I was very surprised that the first impression of our apartment was that it looked very tired and a bit grubby. The carpets really need removing, there are scuff marks and other marks on the walls and needs repainting. The fridge was not great in that it was dented all over the front and inside things were missing that a fridge normally has. The lounge chairs were tired as were the dining chairs.

    The rooms are huge and have a beautiful relaxed outlook.
