A safe and wonderful stay with great hospitality! I extended my stay multiple times and tried different apartments. I stayed because I felt completely safe and cared for like family. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating with my room changes. Pros: Safety & Host: Outstanding hospitality, perfect for solo travelers. Location & Value: Central location near supermarkets and shops, with great pricing. Amenities: Practical units with a washing machine (some with partial sea views, others facing the parking lot).

Notes for Improvement: Noise: Street noise can still be heard with windows closed. Elevator: Needs maintenance, especially for guests with mobility needs. Pests: Exterior balcony had summer pests, though the owner promised to report it to the municipality. Overall, a very good experience and recommended, with a few notes for management!
