Without air conditioning, mosquito screens or better fans would make the apartment much more comfortable.
We had a comfortable stay and everything we needed was provided.
A few small improvements would make it even better: the kitchen knives could use sharpening (or a knife sharpener could be provided). Since there is no air conditioning and there are many mosquitoes, it would also help to have mosquito screens on the windows or a more powerful fan in each bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
