  The location is superb, close to many of Funchal’s attractions

  The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony was a real plus.

  Perfecto, cómodo y práctico

  Éramos solo una pareja de 60 años, y nos encontramos con un apartamento muy espacioso y cómodo, la habitación, la ducha, el salón comedor, todo. Práctico el disponer de ascensor. Muy buena su ubicación para desplazarse al centro para lo que fuera, comer, comprar, etc.. Es verdad que fuimos de turismo y prácticamente solo desayunábamos y comíamos algo simple antes de ir a dormir, pero los momentos fueron cómodos. Bien en electrodomésticos (horno, microondas, dos tipos de cafetera, tostadora, ...), El apartamento es muy céntrico y reformado, que es de agradecer, además que para nosotros es importante la limpieza y cumplió las expectativas. La propietaria también nos indicó donde buscar párking próximo, y nos dijo que estaba a nuestra disposición cuando nos fuera necesario.

  Nada en especial. A lo mejor contar con algún estropajo o útiles de limpieza adicionales. Pero bien, en resumen, bien.

  Great location and very responsive host. If you are booking excursions, the tour pickups happen right in front of the apartment, which was very convenient for us. The promenade is also at walking distance. Also there is a supermarket and foodcourt in the basement of the mall located just opposite the apartment. The cafe next door has very good breakfast/brunch options too. You can also do your laundry for free within the apartment building. The apartment was very well equipped - kitchen and cleaning supplies, sufficient towels, blackout curtains etc. There is an elevator if you are carrying suitcases. We felt very much at home during our entire stay and even though the location was so central, the surroundings never felt noisy. Overall a great experience and would be happy to stay here again during my next visit.

  Perfekter mehrtägiger Aufenthalt in Funchal

  Das Apartment ist super! 2 Balkons, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein bequemes Doppelbett. Es gibt eine geräumige Dusche, einen Föhn, Shampoo und Duschgel und sogar Raumspray. Da ich mit meinem Vater gereist bin, bekamen wir im Wohnzimmer netterweise noch ein zusätzliches Einzelbett hingestellt :) Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Nah an der Bushaltestelle 07 Plaza, gegenüber das Einkaufszentrum mit Apotheke, Essensmöglichkeiten und großem Supermarkt Pingo Doce im Keller. Eines der besten Frühstückscafés der Stadt, das Loft 64, ist direkt Wand and Wand nebenan. Der Roller- und Autoverleih BlitzRent ist 100m entfernt. Auch ein wahnsinnig gutes Restaurant zum Abendessen (Restaurante dos Combatentes) ist ebenfalls 100m entfernt.

  Great location, well-equipped kitchen (though the knives were very blunt!), storage, a/c, and a very helpful and responsive host - highly recommend! :)
