Very comfortable stay, I would recommend.

It was near our daughter’s house in Ruislip. Location excellent. Easy check in. Lovely room, milk in the fridge. Cereal available for breakfast, bowls & cutlery too. Very good, bed comfortable all very good.

    Nothing no complaints.

Perfect place to stay if you want cheap and cheerful, especially if heading to Wembley.

Leon was a true Gentleman and even allowed us to check in a little early, its location in proximity to Ilkeston Underground was fantastic being less than a 10 minute walk and an amazing cafe literally just around the corner. Definitely worth considering for those attending events at Wembley.

The toilet was across the small landing from our bedroom, but this certainly wasn't a deal breaker as there is only 3 rooms in total and each had their own designated bathroom so it was unlikely that this would ever be an issue.

Everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Short walk to tube and very easy journey to and from Wembley.
