    Ivy Studios Pefkos

    The location was great, the property was clean and the aircon kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The owner was quick to respond to any questions

    The property was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen but didn't have a kettle or a toaster - just a two ring electric hob which took around 10 minutes to heat up enough water to have one cup of coffee in the morning using the small pot provided. This is not meant as a criticism but had I have known I would have brought a travel kettle with me. I wasn't too bothered about not having a toaster or oven to use as there are plenty of great places to eat within a short walking distance. It would have been nice to have a parasol with the outdoor table as there was no shade outside between around 8.30 am and 7 pm and with the temperature at around 35 degrees in full sun it wasn't possible to use the outside space during the day.

    L’emplacement proche des restaurants et de la plage mais pas trop bruyant pour autant. Le propriétaire très réactif et sympathique.

    L’accès au logement n’est pas facile à trouver et se fait par une ruelle derrière un restaurant qui est très sale. La cuisine était sale et très peu équipé, il n’est pas vraiment possible de cuisiner dans ces conditions. De plus même en fermant tous les volets il y a beaucoup de lumière qui rentre dans l’appartement + la lumière de la sortie de secours qui éclaire beaucoup. Autre gros point négatif: un bruit de “canalisation” venant du plafond qui est très bruyant même la nuit…

    No wifi. No sea view (unlike advertised). Kitchen utensils are very few and in really bad conditions. When we arrived there were many issues (no water in the toilet, main door’s handle broken), some have been fixed while we stayed there. We found cockroaches too.
