    Ixian Hilltop Villa is a fabulous property.

    The villa has every amenity you could wish for. Eva, the owner, met us on arrival with a very warm welcome and was immediately available for any questions we had. When contact she responded immediately and helpfully. The villa was spotlessly clean and is as shown in the photos. There are a huge number of seating areas so there was plenty of space for the seven of us to relax. One or two reviews criticised wifi coverage but we had no problems at all. We would all thoroughly recommend the villa

    Exceptional

    Eva was a wonderful host, meeting us onsite and helping us to get settled in. She reached out to us when, unusually, there was an earthquake at 2am. And dropped off a delicious jar of homemade grapefruit marmalade. The beds are all very comfortable. We spent the majority of the day in and around the pool. The gardens are beautifully manicured and we frequently switched between full sun and the shade of the large tree and the large covered seating and dining area. There is a speaker system set up both inside and outside the house which you are able to connect to via wifi. The beach is just a short walk away, as are many good restaurants. We recommend Le Gourmet, just a 5 minute walk away at the bottom of the hill. Delicious food and reasonably priced, they were able to cater for both the meat lovers and vegetarians among us.
