Buena ubicación, en un barrio muy tranquilo y cerca del metro y del propio shinjuku andando (menos de 30 mins)
Estaba algo sucio, pero tiendo a ser exigente en este aspecto

Excellent , would stay again .thank you
It had everything we needed , cooking facilities , fridge , washing machine , close to a station for trips to all the wards of Tokyo . Nice quiet street , with places to eat and drink and busier night life 1 train stop away . Easy check in and out and plenty of info in the pack .
Bed slightly hard for uk standards but you get used to it .

It was a quiet neighbourhood. The location was not the ideal, but not that bad to access the subway or bus. The house was kind of spacious as we were able to put our suitcases into the flat easily.
As we stayed 6 nights, having the flat cleaned during this time or having extra clean towels would have been better.
