  Would stay again

  We had a great room, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were great too (though a shame you had to pre-book in short slots as it was hard to predict when there'd be good enough weather to be elsewhere and when it would be cold and wet enough that we'd rather be in the spa!)

  Towels weren't replaced despite asking for fresh ones and we had to ask three times over more than one day for the shower gel in the room to be filled/replaced

  The hotel was a great facility, I would come back no complaints.

  Beautiful, clean hotel with welcome staff in a lovely location however mattress was very uncomfortable and dinner servic

  The location was gorgeous and there was access to a local shop opposite the hotel. Good central location to travel to local attractions. The property appeared very clean and tidy and had a modern aesthetic. There was a small ‘shop’ available in the lobby and there were staff present to greet us upon arrival who were friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 238 which was beautiful with good amenities and facilities and overall very clean and tidy. The food we had during the dinner service was very good and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.

  We stayed in room 238 which was a beautiful room with great views, however the mattress needed to be changed as there were large dips in the bed and it was not comfortable to sleep on which was disappointing as everything else about the hotel and room was very good. Like every hotel I feel that the comfort and quality of the mattresses should be the top priority since most people visit north wales to climb Snowdonia. Something really small but always annoys me is having no coat hooks or hangers to hang coats on as it rains a lot especially for people out walking or hiking there was nowhere to hang any coats. We had dinner in the hotel in the evening and the wait staff were not the best. We were initially greeted by the host and he was lovely and welcoming however once seated we were waiting for around 20 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us and I ended up having to ask for someone to serve us and the restaurant was quiet as obviously I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t.
