    Personeel voldoet niet.

    Goede ligging. Goed bed. Comfortabele kamer. Prima ontbijt.

    We verbleven hier 1 nacht. Inchecken verliep prima. Tegen de ochtend was er echter een waterlek in de badkamer zodat deze na een tijdje volledig blank stond. Hoe we het ook aan de dame aan de receptie probeerden duidelijk te maken( Engels, Frans, Duits, Portugees), ze bleef glimlachen en zeggen dat alles ok was. (Had geen flauw benul waarover we het hadden) Geen compensatie voor het feit dat we hals over kop moesten uitchecken zonder zelfs maar het toilet te gebruiken of een douche te nemen. (In de toiletten op de gelijkvloers vonden we een kakkerlak) De dame aan de receptie sprak en begreep zo goed als geen Engels, noch een andere taal. Een zogenaamd 4 sterren hotel onwaardig! Op mijn klachtenmail kreeg ik een antwoord dat totaal naast de kwestie was. Rest mij niets anders dan een slechte review te geven...

    Séjour très agréable, mais un peu cher

    La situation hors de la ville. Le charme des lieux. Super confort des chambres. Très jolie salle de restaurant . Bar près de la piscine.
