梦幻且美好，是我住过最棒的温泉酒店
首先是服务无可挑剔，Mark人特别好，英文流利，而且服务周到细致，还要感谢前台一直与我沟通邮件的服部女士，给我们安排接驳车非常及时。所有工作人员英文都很流利，早饭也有台湾小哥哥介绍每种菜肴。我英文并不是很好，日文完全不会，但所有工作人员周到耐心的服务令人非常感动，非常感谢他们。早饭和晚饭都非常出众而且丰盛，能吃出主厨的用心和巧思，伊势龙虾、鲍鱼等珍贵食材轮番登场，简直是艺术和滋味的完美结合。而且每天还有免费的小吃和饮料，非常大方，让人心情愉悦至极。景色反而成为了这家酒店最不值一提的方面，但当月光照在镜子一样的海面上，昴星团挂在月亮旁边，远处的船与灯慢吞吞划过海平面，近处的海浪层层叠叠打在礁石上，发出悦耳的声音，你站在阳台上，会觉得幸福的具象就在此时此刻。
第一天晚上我们由于不知道把室外温泉的灯关上，就去吃饭了，吃完饭回来发现成群的椿象和其他虫子占领了我的温泉，但是工作人员特别好，他帮我们把所有虫子都赶走了。而且第二天也没有虫子了，能感受到工作人员应该是撒了药，驱赶了虫子。

Séjour à Izu-Atagawa, entre points forts et réserves
Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. L’onsen est agréable et la vue sur l’océan est magnifique. Il faut toutefois avoir la chance d’avoir une chambre bien située : certaines sont légèrement en renfoncement dans le bâtiment, ce qui tronque une partie de la vue. Concernant l’équipe, une mention spéciale à Mark, qui parlait très bien anglais et nous a offert un service hôtelier digne du standing attendu, professionnel, attentionné et efficace. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la réceptionniste, particulièrement professionnel, serviable et toujours disponible pour nous aider.
Le rapport qualité-prix est difficile à justifier. L’expérience nous a semblé assez « old school », avec un service très codifié, donnant l’impression d’une approche de l’hôtellerie d’antan. À niveau de prix et de standing équivalent, nous nous attendions à une expérience plus moderne. La restauration était bonne, mais sans rien d’exceptionnel au regard des tarifs pratiqués. Izu-Atagawa et ses environs constituent par ailleurs une destination très calme, avec relativement peu de restaurants, commerces ou activités à proximité. Cela contribue au côté paisible du séjour, mais il faut en avoir conscience, surtout si l’on prévoit de rester plusieurs nuits.
