I also want to point out that the hotel looks completely different in reality compared with the photos shown in the listing. The pictures gave a very different impression from what I actually found when I arrived.
Istrongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property. I came here on holiday, but I left immediately and did not stay even a single night. Despite not using the accommodation, the hotel refused to return my money. I find this completely unfair and unacceptable. I work hard for my money, and I will not simply accept being charged for a service I did not use. I have already contacted Booking.com and I am taking the necessary steps to pursue this matter properly.
