    forget this place in off season - only go if you want to ski

    bed was nice

    room was tiny, mini fridge was on the floor in a tiny closet where you couldn't fully open the door and the ceiling a slanted head banger

    A disappointing stay

    The resort was lovely and had we stayed longer we could have enjoyed some of the amenities but we were only there for the night. We did appreciate the always available coffees, hot chocolates, and waters. The room was very plain and unimpressive, without any warmth or charm. The TV was small, as was the desk, and there was only one nightstand for two beds. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was little counterspace in the bathroom, and while the jetted tub would be welcome during ski season, we used the very small European-sized shower. Provided toiletries were pleasant. The room was expensive for what it offered and value was poor.

    Lack of charm. Small TV and desk and only a single nightstand. Limited counterspace and small shower in bathroom. Price was high.

    Great location and property - however a room with unexpected setup that didn’t match expectations.

    The Jackson gore location and amenities overall ally the property are excellent.

    The room was not as described in the description. It should be included that the queen bed is a “Murphy bed” not a true bed setup. The pictures are even misleading - one is not a real picture of the room or has been edited to remove the Murphy bed backdrop frame. The room is also adjoining and we had a loud neighbor come in late in the evening and attempt to open the door. It should be disclosed the unit in this listing is a studio that has these aspects. It is priced the same as other units that do not. We have stayed at the resort before in same room type and not had these challenges.
