    Location is superb.

    The location is why I selected this place. We loved being able to see the beach at all times - so relaxing. We were comfortable and again we picked this place for the location. Water pressure in the shower was great, temperate also consistent. Parking was easy elevator looked new.

    Could use some updates! But this was not a big deal for us. We picked this place for the location.
