    Rezervasyonumuz onaylandığı ve kredi kartımızdan ödeme düşüldüğü halde check in gününde evin hazır olmadığını, bunun booking.com'un hatası olduğunu söyleyerek bizi tamamen farklı bir konumda olan ve özellikleri farklı olan başka bir dairesini kiralamaya ikna etmeye çalıştı. Kabul etmedik, bunun üzerine rezervasyonumuzu iptal etti. Gece geç vakit kalacak yeni bir yer aramak zorunda kaldık ancak son anda olduğuu için çok daha pahalı ve şehir merkezi dışında bir yer bulabildik. Süreç içinde mülk sahibi bize saygısızca mesajlar attı. Booking.com'un bize önerdiği alternatif mülklerden bir tanesi Sardunya'da diğeri ise Napoli'de çıktı. Dikkatli davranmayıp onlardan biri için ödeme yapmış olsaydık bir kez daha mağdur olacaktık. Hem bu mülkün saygısız sahibi hem de booking.com tam bir hayalkırıklığı yarattılar ve bizi mağdhr ettiler. Tam bir fiyaskoydu.

    Très bon séjour avec des gens très sympathique

    L’accueil était extrêmement chaleureux avec une collation magnifique

    Nous n’avions pas réalisé qu’il n’y avait pas de lave-vaisselle, mais nous n’avions probablement pas bien lu l’ensemble des équipements
