    The apartment has everything needed, it is in good location Bed room and shower were clean

    Kitchen was lacking dishes and was not clean enough Bedroom had no windows and bed was not comfortable

    Good place to stay for one or two nights

    The appartment is very modest, but clean and spacious. It has perfect location - very close to the center

    I didn't see that on the pictures, that there are no windows in one of the bedroom, the second bedroom has very tiny windows close to the cealing - that was unexpected.

    We chose this apartment mainly because of its location, and the location was definitely the biggest advantage. It is in a very convenient area and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is a small two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to five people. It is suitable for a short stay, but the space is quite limited. The bathroom is very small and also quite slippery, so this could be improved for guests’ safety. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the washing machine/dryer — it gave an electric shock when touched. We recommend that the owner check and fix this problem as soon as possible for safety reasons. On the day we arrived, there was no Wi-Fi, and we had to stay one full day without internet, which was inconvenient, especially when traveling with a family. Apart from these issues, everything else was okay. The biggest plus is definitely the location. Considering the price, the apartment offers reasonable value for money. It is not a luxury stay, but it is acceptable for travelers who prioritize location and convenience.

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and unique apartment in Kutaisi. The entrance was special, and the whole place has a special cultural and historic atmosphere. The apartment was very nice, with comfortable beds, (soft beds for children) a cozy living room, and a clean, equipped kitchen. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus! The host was very kind, welcoming, and flexible. She kindly helped us with a later check-out time and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfect – on a beautiful street, within walking distance of the city center, and surrounded by the fun, fresh atmosphere of Kutaisi. Highly recommended!
