I asked the client for an earlier check-in but they didn't want to meet our request. At the end check-in was late. I got details after 16h which can't happen to a serious host. This was the first time I experienced this. It's not professional at all. They said to me we will get check-in instructions as soon as the cleaning is finished. And I saw the cleaning was finished before 14h. So we could enter the apartment much earlier, but at the end we got instructions after the time passed. So I am not sure what was the problem, but communication was pretty bad, so obviously I am not satisfied at all.
