  For over £800.00 this was a complete scam of an apartment, but with all the added issues it ruined our holiday.

  It was a 5 minute walk to the golden mile, reception was manned 24hrs a day.

  If you are looking to spend £800.00 to be jolted out of bed by the deafening sound of drilling, hammering, and shouting at 7:45 AM, then this is the perfect apartment for you. For everyone else looking for a relaxing holiday, do not book this place. We paid premium luxury prices expecting a peaceful getaway, but instead, we were treated to a full-scale construction site directly next door. The noise was completely unescapable—vibrating through the walls and making it absolutely impossible to sleep, relax, or even have a conversation. Little bugs running all over the place, enough hot water for 1 shower so be fast, the bedroom had a fan but only worked when light was on so sleep in light or roast in the dark, not that the fan did anything anyways. The chairs at the table could not be leant back on or you would fall over, the balcony curtains didn’t meet in the middle so privacy was out the window also. What makes this completely unacceptable is the total lack of transparency. We were charged top-tier holiday rates for a property that should never have been listed without a massive construction warning and a heavily discounted price. The advert for accommodation said there was aircon then changed when we next looked upon arrival. There was also promise of a drink on arrival which never happened either. An absolute waste of money, a ruined holiday, and zero peace of mind. Save your cash, protect your sanity, and look elsewhere.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great apartment in a perfect location in Playa de las Américas! Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended! 🌴☀️

  Good value for money! Lovely pool

  Apartment was very clean and lovely. The pool was very nice and there was a lift in the building. It was very secure Great location

  The outside building looks very off putting but the apartment and pool is amazing.
