    The Location

    The attitude of the people running it. They lied about what was available in the apartment after I specifically asked them. There were only 2 mugs and 2 glasses for 4 people. There were only 2 thin blankets for 4 people. The place had a feeling of lack of care and attention and it showed in how they treated us and what was available. When we arrived I saw all these things I called the number and the young girl I spoke to said someone would bring them whilst we went out. When we came back nothing had been brought. I called again. The lady gave me the number of someone else. I called her. He said that someone had brought them, I said no, they are not herem she did not want to believe me and thought I was lying. I insisted and then she sent amother person to bring one duvet and a bed topper. The cups she said the previous client had broken and they hadn't replaced them. All in all a bad attitude and lack of care. The fittings and furniture were nice and good quality but the rest was not. And they do not make up for the rest which are far more important to me. I would never come back here.
