    The location was good. It had a funky vibe.

    The front desk staff were rude. Our tap fell off in the bathroom.

    We would truly appreciate a refund. Paying over $600 to stay in a room without a view and where you are trying to avoid

    The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the pool a dream with an amazing view!

    Unfortunately, the bathroom was falling apart (especially the vanity and shower), and the shower was very dirty. We particularly booked this room because it was advertised as having a nature view. Our windows were facing the opposite side of the ocean looking at (as we were on the second floor in the old building) the Irving gas station. Furthermore, the men’s sauna was out of order and there was no staff around in the Revival spa area to assist with the women’s sauna.
