    More expectations from a hotel with such a good reputation.

    The real value of this hotel are the polite staff.

    Upon the arrival, the AC did not work properly. The front desk staff was helpful and they offered another room. The pool service is almost non existent. On three out of four days, it was a challenge to obtain pool towels. Even when asked for assistance, the service was slow.

    Nice and comfy boutique hotel with extremely friendly and warm hotel staff!

    Comfortable stay and very nice hotel staff. I left my neck pillow and they took all the hassle to send it back to me in Jakarta. Very nice of them. Thank you!!
