Unsuitable
The house is nice . Would stay again but only if booking for two adults. It is not suitable for 3 adults
I did not like that when the toilet and 2nd bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom and this is not clearly stated in the description. It said it was dog friendly which it is not as the Garden is shared and dogs can run on to the road. In booking.com we searched for places for 2 dogs.This place came up and at the last minute we found out it's only for one dog. We had to book another place to stay that was suitable for us. So I lost a lot of money on this stay.

Fantastic location and a communal garden
Well located , parking for one car included close to fantastic walks with our dog and on the edge of the town . I would recommend taking fold up chairs for the communal garden which is so peaceful with views of the church
Some people may have difficulty getting up and down the stairs

Enjoyed the town
Its location and the large grass area to the rear
Not a teabag or coffee in sight. 1 toilet roll for 4 guests on arrival. Very late check in time 6 pm really

Great location in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds
It was right in Burton on the water soaking distance to everything. Only a short drive to all other villages
The shower was a hand held shower over a bath. The stairs were ok for us but for someone elderly it could have been tricky .

Lovely cottage and location. Terrible communication from the company.
Great location. Nice little cottage. Other comments disliking the church bells clearly have not stayed in old English villages, I wouldn’t say it was excessive personally.
Communication is terrible. They send an excessive amount of lengthy bot style messages. Hard to actually get the info you need from it. Emailed asking if I could check in slightly earlier an got nothing back. Also the address on booking.com is wrong so not easy to find. The actual location is coordinates: 51.8859656, -1.7594480 next to ‘Taylor and fletcher’ estate agents.
