  We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying in the well equipped cottage. It was very clean and we had al we needed. Really appreciate the milk, wine and chocolates, thank you.

  Lovely cosy and comfortable cottage. Very clean with plenty of basics provided. Car parking details explained well and good to have a parking space. Lovely treats left by owner. We started some lovely walks from nearby Pooley Bridge and had a drink at Pooley Bridge Inn which was lovely.

  The front and back garden areas needed a bit of TLC! I love to sit and chill outside at some point during my holidays, no matter what the weather! However Jasmine Cottages outdoor area was really uninviting and despite a few sunny breaks in the weather, I didn't want to sit outside, which was a shame. The bathroom felt a bit damp and the toilet roll was damp! Maybe this is due to the oldness of the property.......? The beds were really comfy but I felt overall that, with the exception of the kitchen area, the property was a bit tired and dated. There were no amenities in Eamont Bridge but Pooley Bridge was only a 5minute drive away. The Beehive pub, which was just over the road was being refurbished during our stay and the Crown pub, which was next door looked awful from the outside and very unappealing - we didn't go in though, so it might have been lovely inside........!

  Everything was fantastic , really comfy and cosy cottage everything we needed , and the welcome gift was a lovely touch

  Nothing about the cottage , just a shame the pub wasn't open over the road
