  "The hotel is in a good location, though I’m sorry they don't offer breakfast. This is an excellent hotel to stay for your last 1 or 2 nights in HCMC, as it is close to the airport and the price is really affordable. However, when I booked, I didn't know that the first room would be so small—it literally felt like being in a prison, windowless and full of dampness. I didn't like it at all and asked for a new room, which the manager provided. She was very fair and professional. She even sends photos of the room in messages just so you don't get surprised, which I also think is very fair. My sincere advice is not to book that specific room unless you are literally just crash-sleeping there for a few hours. They do have decent rooms for just €5 more, which are quite solid, large, and comfortable, though they still have a slight smell of dampness."

  Not great

  The location of this hotel was good since you are in a highly touristy place. Even if you arrive early or late it's nice to know that there is someone in the front office which is very helpful.

  When they did "house keeping" all they did was fold the towels and fold the bed sheets. During my stay they didn't replace anything, there was a lot of dirt on the floor in the corners from where they did not sweep (or brushed the dirt to the side), the room smelled like smoke and the air was smelling like someone had been smoking in my room (even though it should be a smoke free zone).

  The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, and the room was exactly as described — the room size met our expectations, Great location and comfortable but too expensive

  The location of the hotel was quite good, the staff was very helpful and the cleaning service was quite good, the room was cleaned every day. The view from the room was excellent.
