  BOOKED FOR 25 DAYS. PROPERTY CHANGED TO 2 DAYS WITHOUT CONSENT AND KEPT ALL THE MONEY.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I travel a lot for work, and this has been the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had\. Some companies simply shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry without an understanding of basic guest care\. Their Trustpilot rating clearly explains it all\. The apartment was not adequately clean, contained considerable clutter, and had no heating (as it was advertised amenity)\. The outside temperature was around 14°C, and Renters confirmed in writing that no heating was available on the first day\. Despite this, they later claimed it was above 20°C outside, contradicting a simple google weather search\. Their proposed solution was to deliver an electric heater the following day\. This did nothing to address the immediate problem of being in a cold apartment that evening with our two\-year\-old daughter\. They also stated that the heater needed to be monitored and could not be left on, which was not an adequate solution\. There was no apparent urgency or consideration that there’s a toddler involved \. We left without spending a single night at the property and asked them to inspect it themselves and issue a full refund\. Instead, Renter thought the right way of dealing with the situation is to changed my booking dates without my consent, reducing the reservation from 25 days to 2 days, while keeping all the money I had paid\. Renters’ own complaints department reviewed the case and concluded that there had been no wrongdoing on Renters’ part

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko na plażę , wyposażenie związane z wyjściem na plażę,ale i wyposażenie kuchni mając w pobliżu sklepy i bosko targ rybny.

  Jedynie hałas w trakcie weekendu,ale to jest wpisane w lokalizację i można przetrwać,hałas związany ze zwiększonym ruchem samochodów.

  Die Lage ist sehr gut.Die Mülltonnen sind offen und man kann selber sein Müll entsorgen.

  Es gibt's keine deutsche Sender.Der Staubsauger zieht nicht so richtig.
