    Lovely stay - but don't use their taxi drivers.

    Private, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location but still far away that you have some peace.

    Hotel organiser a driver to Bangsal harbour for us (at a higher rate than other taxi services) but the driver did not drive safe and then on arrival to the harbour tried to get us to buy tickets from touts at 150k each, even telling us we had gone to the wrong ticket queue when we wanted the public boat 85k tickets.

    Tolle Villa im Zentrum aber ruhig gelegen.

    Zentrale Lage und doch leise. Zu Fuß zum Zentrum ein paar Minuten. Laundry auf dem Weg zum Zentrum.

    Frühstück kam von extern daher war die Suppe leider schon kalt, wurde aber schnell wieder aufgewärmt. Die Dusche ließ sich in der Temperatur nicht regulieren. Zum Glück gibt es ja dort eine zweite Dusche da klappte das perfekt.

    We absolutely loved our stay at Jati Kuta Lombok! Everything was perfect and made our stay truly enjoyable. Our room was perfect: comfortable, functional, and with an amazing private pool. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and generous portions. We also really appreciated the kindness of the whole staff, who were always smiling, friendly, available, and helpful. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. It is very well situated, in a peaceful area but only a 2-minute walk from the main street of Kuta Lombok, which makes it very convenient to enjoy the restaurants, cafés and shops while still having a quiet place to relax. A very special thank you to Jae, who accompanied us during our trips around the area. He was a fantastic guide, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and really contributed to making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend Jati Kuta Lombok and would happily stay here again!
