  Delusione. Prezzo assolutamente caro per la struttura a causa della pulizia

  Lo stile e la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolto

  È la prima volta in più di 20 anni di esperienza di viaggio che mi succede una cosa del genere. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il materasso e la gestione del problema. Avevamo un pernottamento per 3 notti e alla prima notte ci siamo sentiti mordere nel letto e fuoriuscivano formiche rosse dal materasso (Singapore ants). Il giorno seguente abbiamo fatto presente il problema e lo staff dice che hanno fatto tutti i check del caso con anche disinfestazione. Ma se fosse stato così la nostra stanza sarebbe stata inagibile per almeno 24h a causa della tossicità dei trattamenti. Non ci hanno proposto un’altra stanza. Alla nostra decisione di non dormire più lí non hanno offerto nemmeno una compensazione per il disagio disagio subito o un piccolo rimborso per le notti seguenti non fruite. Prezzo troppo caro per la struttura. Testata del letto impolverata, Cuscini macchiati, asse del water macchiato. Si dichiarano 4 stelle. Abbiamo sempre comunicato in maniera tranquilla e gentile via messaggi per esprimere i problemi e il disagio

  Absolutely astonishing stay

  This is one of the most wonderful places you could possibly stay in Ubud. It's located in the middle of rice fields, surrounded by lush greenery, while still being super close to everything you want to see and do in the area. It looks exactly like on the pictures - the beautiful, clean pool, spacious rooms and the sounds of nature make this a very special stay. Putu and his team have been the most amazing hosts and made us feel like we're part of a family. His dad showed us around the hotel on our first night and even looked for some fire flies with us. The street leading up to the hotel is fairly narrow and not accessible with a car, but the hotel staff offers an easy pick up service right off the main road. All in all a truly outstanding stay, we'd be more than happy to come back!

  Un loc minunat

  Șederea noastră a fost perfecta, mic dejun bun și gustos, personalul foarte amabil și ne-au ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Camera a fost perfecta spațioasă, curtea la fel, am avut tot ce ne-am dorit.

  Nu am nimic ce nu a fost ok, doar o recomandare legată de vasul de toaleta care din punctul nostru de vedere ar trebui schimbat, dar nu ne-a deranjat acest lucru.
