Nice boutique hotel in a good location, but bring your ear plugs!
Very spacious room & refreshing pool after a day of exploring. Easy to walk around everything we wanted to see in George Town. The outside of the hotel is beautiful too! Great housekeeping every day, the room was immaculate. Plus we also appreciated the daily water top ups and the complimentary drinks in the minibar.
No sound insulation whatsover - woke up the first morning to kids running around and screaming from above. The second day we woke up to the sound of someone retching for hours on end, which sounded like it was in our own bedroom! Also, our room felt like it had no privacy when the blinds were opened, which was a shame as we liked the room itself

Really lovely, we loved George town, the hotel was excellent and the staff really helpful
lovely decor, loved the family room set up, plenty of space for a family of 5, children enjoyed the swimming pool and is in a very central location.
The bed was uncomfortable, very hard mattress.

A special stay.
Beautifully decorated. Peaceful atmosphere. Excellent staff, friendly and willing to help. Lovely room, surroundings, pool. Little extras such as snacks. The hotel made me feel special and peaceful. Loved it.
