  Bardzo przyjemny (i cichy) apartament, z dobrym (i ciekawym) wyposażeniem, wszystko działało bez zarzutu. Niedaleko dworca i centrum miasta. Bardzo polecam.

  It is a real pity, as the apartment itself has the potential to be a lovely and cosy place to stay.

  Cancelling and leaving the place the next morning. Good, direct contact with the owner and a refund for the unused part of the booking.

  Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Shortly after checking in, it became clear that the apartment had not been properly prepared for our arrival. It seemed either not to have been cleaned at all or to have been cleaned very superficially. Instead of starting our stay, we had to spend approximately three hours cleaning the apartment ourselves. In the kitchen, the cutlery drawer was dirty and contained hair, while the cutlery, glasses, pots and coffee maker all required washing before use. The glasses had visible fingerprints and marks from previous use, and the electrical sockets and light switches were also dirty. The bedroom had a thick layer of dust around the bed, with fingerprints on the headboard. The bedside cabinet had a very strong curry-like smell which remained even after we cleaned it and placed baking soda inside. The refrigerator and freezer also required thorough cleaning, and food left by previous guests was still inside. There was ice and frozen strawberries in the freezer. The dishwasher was dirty as well. The refrigerator door squeaked very loudly when opened and closed. In the bathroom, the washing machine door squeaked every time it was opened and felt as though it might be damaged. The washing machine itself was covered in dust. Throughout the apartment, the doors and door frames were covered with a thick layer of dust, and the curtains were visibly dirty and greyish. After only a few hours in the apartment, both our children and I started sneezing and coughing, which we believe was related to the large amount of dust in the apartment. We had booked the apartment for 16 days but, unfortunately, were forced to cancel our stay and leave the following morning. Fortunately, we were able to maintain communication with the owner and received a refund for the unused part of our stay.

  Śliczne mieszkanie, bardzo dobrze utrzymane, czyściutko, blisko rynku, cisza i spokój, obok park, blisko do BWA, Teatru oraz Galerii handlowej. Super kontakt z właścicielką 🥰 Dostęp do mieszkania bezproblemowy, serdecznie polecam!
