Very accommodating from arrival to departure.
Properties centrally located. The rooms were large, Modern bathrooms in a historic district. Our family booked 4 rooms we enjoyed walking out of our room giving our good morning greetings in the common area as we grab our freshly baked bag of croissants to enjoy with our Coffee.
Lots of stairs to bring your luggage up and down. But the staff does it all for you.

¡ Un desastre, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento¡
Es un fraude, cuando lo reserve se anunciaba con servicio de elevador, pero en realidad para llegar a un elevador muy pequeño y en muy malas condiciones tienes que subir casi 30 escalones a traves de una escalera sucia, muy angosta y empinada, imposible de subirla con dos maleta grande, pudimos llegar a la habitacion gracias a un inquilino del edificio que cuando nos vio atorados con el equipaje en la escalera salio a apoyarnos diciendonos que comunmente tenia que hacerlo en apoyo de quienes querian acceder a ese alojamiento, el local estaba sucio y descuidado por lo que decidimos no utilizar el alojamiento y tuvimos que conseguirlo en un hotel cercano, fue una experiencia muy desafortunada

Fantastic location, walkable to most everything, helpful/responsive owner.
The location was adjacent to this beautiful old plaza that intermittently was foot traffic only. Night time brought tons of dining opportunities and there is a pop up market in the am. Walkability to everything was amazing. The room was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of room to spread out your bags and unpack. Even though the plaza and streets were quite active late into the night, the noise did not travel into the room at all. Owner was very helpful in securing us transportation to and from the airport at some very late/early hours and was very responsive to any questions we had.
We knew this when we booked, but just for awareness to others, there are quite a few (15-20) steps to get to the first landing where the elevator is located. If you have any mobility issues, this may be a dealbreaker. The front door is very inconspicuous, but if you look at the list of residents, JB Relais is listed. It just looks very apartment residential, so we were a bit turned around at first. Once we knew what we were looking for though, the location was ideal for most everything.

Super nice apartment near Campi dei Fiori
Beautiful room at walking distance crime everything in Rome ! The streets can get noisy at night, but keeping the windows locked and the AC on was blocking enough noise ! We really appreciated the croissants they left at our door every morning and the opportunity to get the room cleaned everyday. There were also travel adapters in the room !
The floors upstairs are a bit noisy, but nothing too bad !
