    Appartement confortable et bien centré

    Appartement grand et bien placé, tout près de la plupart des monuments et musées de la ville. 3 chambres doubles et 2 salles de bain. La literie était confortable. L'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure donc pas de bruit de rue. Il y a un lave-linge dans l'appartement ce qui est appréciable. Machine à café et micro-ondes disponible.

    Le nettoyage pourrait être amélioré, le sol n'était pas propre, le micro-ondes non plus. Le dernier jour le wifi est tombé en panne et nous sommes partis avant qu'il ait été réparé malgré nos messages au propriétaire.

    buena ubicación y comodo

    Estaba bien ubicado y las camas muy cómodas, faltaba en una de las habitaciones alguna repisa para poner cosas pero el resto bien Pasamos 3 noches en Florencia y estuvimos 5 personas en el dpto no había nada de ruido así que se podía descansar bien

    La secadora de pelo estaba quemada y la plancha también quemada faltaba algunas cosas de vajilla pero nos acomodamos con lo que había

    The pillows had no cases with human hair showing The host did correct the problem but I find it appalling as if they were trying to get away with it Also the towel situation was deplorable Very thin bath towels you are supposed somehow to let them dry and reuse one towel for 3 days Never seen anything like this The faucet in the kitchen was “wobbly “ There is more but I will stop for now
