Pleasant, clean and well-located apartment a block away from the bustle of the main road.
Great location with a large deck facing the ocean and a view. There was a very good grocery store with everything I needed right next door. Rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of storage. Small countertop coffee maker (for pods). I never used the stove or oven. Washer easy to use and drying rack on deck. I was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so no noise from neighbors and no street noise.
There were a few maintenance issues which the owner promptly addressed. I think a small shelf mounted in the shower would allow storage of soap or shampoo rather than keeping things on the floor of the shower. A hook to hang the bath towel would be nice. A kitchen towel or roll of paper towels would help keep the kitchen clean and a drying rack for dishes would be helpful. I also like checking into a place where either the owner and/or previous guests have left comments and suggestions on local businesses, restaurants, bakeries, beaches. We rented bikes and rode to the Agave Beach Bar, which is popular among locals and nicer than the beach right in town. It's north, on Narta Beach. Also liked El Mar restaurant in town, on the water, on the southern end of the busy beachfront restaurants. Otherwise I suggest walking a block or two away from the ocean or into Old Town for a nicer experience.

Location, communication
Building access Lift goes till 8th floor, while Apartment is on level 9. Terribly busy road and hard to get to the building. Also, it was a good apartment, but not luxurious.
