Very comfortable apartment with fabulous views
Fantastic location overlooking the marina and mountains. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, the balcony is an added bonus. The apartment is in a quiet location but only 5 minute walk from the centre town and lake. Feodor met us on arrival, facilitating an earlier check in, and was extremely welcoming.

The view is amazing, the contact person is reachable on WhatsApp and can pick you up from the bus terminal and get you there again when you arrive and depart. There's a giant flat screen by the bed that's a smart tv and both a fan and airco are present in the bedroom. The bathroom is fully stocked with multiple types of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and there is a bottle of sunscreen. They even provide beach towels and beach umbrellas.
We had 1 night where it rained very hard and the door to the balcony in the living room started leaking as a result. They hadn't had rain like that since the apartment was built, so they were going to fix that once we left. I don't think I would want to drive there, since the street to reach it is very narrow and full of parked cars. There is no door in front of the bedroom, so the light from the emergency exit sign is clearly visible in the bedroom.

I can not begin to describe HOW good this apartment is!! Superbly equipped. Clean. Ideally located. The most amazing view from a first floor balcony. Feodor met us as agreed. Showed us around. If you're staying in AGIOS Nikolas you won't regret staying here!!! Thank you
