  Bad experience and ruined my 5 weeks stay there.

  NOTHING AT ALL ! Only the guy who helped us was very helpful - his name is Super.

  I would like to summarize the main issues I experienced during my stay: * Broken Cabinet: The cabinet was damaged and nearly broken, raising concerns about the overall maintenance and safety of the apartment. This reflects the poor condition of the property and the lack of proper maintenance before our arrival. * Scratched and Damaged Wall Paint: The walls had visible scratches and paint damage, indicating that the apartment was not properly maintained or presented in good condition before our arrival. This further reflects the lack of care and attention given to the property’s overall appearance and upkeep. * Location: 0/5 – The apartment is not suitable for tourists. It is far away from everything, and the nearest trains are also a considerable distance away. Getting around is extremely inconvenient. * Communication: 1/5 – The property only answered our phone calls on the first day. After that, we made several calls without receiving an answer and had to send multiple emails instead. The responses we eventually received were not satisfactory and did not properly address our concerns as clients. Emails aren’t enough when urgent support is needed. * Security: 0/10 – The door knob was partially broken and would get stuck almost every day, making it difficult to enter the apartment quickly. The issue was only addressed 10 days after our arrival. After I emailed the property about the issue, they sent someone to replace the batteries. However, the batteries had to be replaced twice during our stay, which did not resolve the underlying problem. Even after this, the door could still be accessed without entering the security code, meaning someone could potentially enter the apartment without the expected security measure. Additionally, on our last night, the apartment’s security lock code was changed unexpectedly.

  Superb

  I like everything about this cozy apartment. Equipped kitchen and in-unit wash/dryer are my favorites. The beds are a bit softer, but I can adapt it. Nice neighborhood. Easy commute to Manhattan. Highly recommend.

  Once in a while, especially on the weekends, loud music and people talking loudly on the street at midnight. There is a Mexican restaurant downstairs close at midnight. (I guess that's why.) I have my earplugs with me so it's all good. But if you like this place, make sure you are prepared for the party noises, don't let it ruin your experience of the nice place.

  The location is horrible. They have a really bad ant problem. On the weekends the place is extremely loud and I found myself waking up at 3 am in the morning. It’s only surface level clean, had to get a cleaning lady day two to do a deep clean. Also had to wait for them to resolve issues with the door’s keyless entry twice. They said it’s the first time it happened, but when I was checking out I saw another family having to wait outside for 20 mins to get their keys. So I’m pretty sure it’s a recurring thing. Pay a little extra and get a hotel or something
