    Pinstay, the property management, is good. But the property itself is not recommendable.

    Location is good. Close to Jesselton Quary ferry terminal.

    The place looks old. Sofa is broken. Bed is not comfortable. You can feel the springs on your back. The towels were not thoroughly cleaned. The flooring and painting are broken.
