Mixed stay: Excellent room, disappointing service
The room was very comfortable and larger than it appears in photos. The kitchen was also very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and even host guests. Overall, it offers great value for money.
This room is rented separately and is not a direct reservation with the hotel, which made some basic stay services much more complicated. For instance, getting housekeeping was difficult, and I never received the pack-and-play I requested for my baby. However, the worst part by far was a terrible experience with one of the valet parking attendants, who literally held my vehicle hostage the first night because he demanded to see his tip before providing the service. This wasted a lot of my time, disrupted my itinerary, and caused a really stressful situation. It’s a shame that one bad staff member ruins the reputation of the rest, as the rest of the team was fine.

Gute Lage freundliches Appartement
Gute Lage in der Nähe des Strip. Aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die direkte Verbindung zum MGM Grand Hotel ist super. Somit kann man ohne Strassen zu überqueren, direkt zum MGM Grand Hotel und zu dessen Pool gelangen. Das Appartement ist in gutem Zustand, freundlich und hell. Es ist gut eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequemes Bett. Grosses Bad/Dusche/WC. Viel Stauraum für Kleider usw. ich habe mich in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Safe war bei meiner Ankunft verschlossen. Ich habe an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob man mir den Safe öffnen könne. Dies wurde leider nicht gemacht, da es ein Appartement von einem privaten Eigentümer ist. Ich habe danach den Eigentümer kontaktiert und ihm geschildert, dass der Safe geschlossen ist und die Rezeption mir nicht weiterhelfen konnte. Die Antwort des Eigentümers war, ich solle mich an die Rezeption wenden…. Danach habe ich keine Reaktion mehr seitens des Eigentümers erhalten. Ich konnte somit den Safe nicht benutzen.
