    La saleté des parties communes et les installations détériorées de la salle de bain. La place de parking n'est pas totalement privée

    Bel emplacement

    Appartement propre et bien agencé. Le petit balcon est un plus. Parking sécurisé au pied de l'immeuble Proximité du bord de mer accessible à pied Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire si besoin de le joindre

    Super séjour

    La situation en plein centre de saint gilles les bains. Nous avons apprécié très fortement le check out tardif. L'hôte est très réactif et petit plus, l'emplacement de parking réservé pour nous. Je recommande sans hésiter

    La gentillesse du propriétaire

    La literie n’est pas bonne, les parties communes du bâtiment (mais on passe seulement) et des interrupteurs dans l’appartement devraient être nettoyés.
