  Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours souriant. La piscine avec vue sur l'océan est magique. La literie est immense et très confortable. Les repas ne sont pas cher et son très bon.

  Grim accommodation that needs a serious upgrade to be habitable

  In its day I'm sure it was stunning.

  This villa is across the road from the Jetwing Wellness. You have to check in there and then cross a busy road to an anonymous looking building with cracked tiles and rusted fittings. It feels like staff accommodation with a huge room straight from the 1980's above it. Everything is either broken, worn or dirty. It's damp and dark, the private pool is unclean (we were advised not to swim in it). Every fitting is either cracked or rusting, nothing charges from the sockets. It's pretty grim - way nicer across the road at the Jetwing wellness..

  The property looked nice and the staff was good.

  If you are travelling with a toddler, do not book this property. The ocean front is scary to look at and the waves are very high. The ocean front is not fenced so there is a chance your children might run towards that if doors are not locked. I am demanding a refund as I did not expect this. I stayed only for 1.5 hours before I moved to Colombo city side.

  Fantastic stay, great service and food.

  Our butler Mahinda was fantastic, the room is enormous and the breakfasts tasted great (and were more than we could eat). The plunge pool is well located for an evening swim while watching the sunset. They treated us to high tea as we had booked a long stay, this included an infusion on traditional and Sri Lankan items served in the private dining room. Really enjoyed this. We would definitely stay here again. Also recommend a night walk on the beach to see the thousands of crabs, including hermit crabs

  The hotel is spotless, but the surrounding beach could do with a clean up.

  Excellent. Can’t believe how inexpensive for a villa on the beach with a private butler!

  Excellent luxurious clean accommodation Mahinda the butler, couldn’t do enough for us. Very attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him about real Sri Lankan life. The dog was a boon - so friendly and protective of us! All staff were friendly and helpful Food was well cooked and delicious

  Too far away to walk to any food outlets, which we like to occasionally just to try something different
