Tuvimos 3 días sin calefacción, estaba muy frío, principalmente en la noche. La limpieza no era óptima. Muy caro para lo que es. Sólo por la ubicación está bien

Private garden in Edinburgh
Great location easy walk to Edinburgh Castle Waverley station & underground vaults & holyrood palace. Well appointed kitchen toaster kettle microwave. Great to have washing machine & drying rack. has parking at rear to enable us to load our luggage into rental car. Good communication with host allowing us to leave luggage 1 hour before official check in as we flew in from Iceland. Lovely big main bedroom & kitchen newly renovated bathroom & kitchen. Quiet location, clean tidy well maintained spacious apartment.
I googled address as previous people said it was tricky to find. the apartment is off the close down the staircase & through a courtyard garden. The lockbox was easy to find during the day. Maybe putting the house number on the front of red door rather than on the side of door frame would help to know which was no 2. Also blue sofa bed had been broken & didn't lay flat for a double bed. Luckily we only had a teenage daughter using it. Owner left instructions & bedding for sofa bed. Not being from UK it took us a while to work out how to get hot water to the shower so maybe a sign on the hot water system in kitchen cupboard would help saying which buttons to turn on.

This place isn’t cheap so the price does not reflect how awful the property is
Nothing - it looks nothing like the pictures, cold and damp with radiators that don’t work and a tricky boiler to try and figure out and no thermostats - furniture was dirty and old, windows were dirty, doors in the hallway wouldn’t close because they’d been filled with a duvet and pillows - the night I did stay I think I slept for maybe 3 hours - I was grateful my company booked me into another apartment and I could leave
