Stay was very nice. Adrienne at the front desk was amazing!
Room was better than expected. Staff was very personable at check in. Very good value!

Staff was wonderful and room was clean. I've had softer sheets but they were ok and clean. It was nice to have a mini kitchen, although we only used refrigerator and coffee maker.
There was an awful smell in the hallway but our room was fine. It would have been nice to know the elevator was out of commission when making reservations, but on the flip side, I felt lucky to get the reservation the same day on a holiday werkend. I was offered the service elevator but that would have still required one flight of stairs. I'm in decent shape for 67 so stairs weren't a deal breaker but could have been for someone else.

TINA - there is no alternative - hence stay there. Else no. A hotel chain needs to buy it and upgrade.
Not much.
Needs a severe upgrade and modernization. The list is too long - security (lobby access from parking does not need a room key), room design, GPS location, amount of parking, dining options, electrical sockets, corridors, elevators (not working) - too many.
