    A pleasant stay with a good location and comfortable amenities

    The hotel was clean, the location was good, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities.

    We needed a place to leave our luggage before check-in, and we were told it was possible. However, the instructions were unclear, and the staff were not particularly friendly when we tried to contact them by phone

    the lack of a bathroom door caused a significant lack of privacy and discomfort,

    The lack of a door to the shower is very uncomfortable and quite embarrassing, as there is no privacy at all. It would also be very helpful to have some hooks for clothes and towels, as there is currently nowhere to hang them.

    Excellent location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Tramway Nr. 71 takes you either into town or out of it with excellent bus, subway, tram connections.

    The first impression was not so nice as the entrance door from the street could use a little paint and a new door matt. It is nice that it has a laundry with washing and drying machines but a bit complicated as stairs up and down to the cellar.
