  Friendly staff, but unfortunately a disappointing experience due to the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.

  The reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We appreciated their willingness to listen to our concerns and try to resolve the issues we encountered.

  Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were extremely disappointing. Despite having to wait for our room to be cleaned before checking in, we found a considerable amount of dust, hair on the bedside table and a half-eaten chocolate bar left in the refrigerator. The bathroom door was also not functioning properly. After reporting these issues, the staff kindly sent someone to try to fix the problems. However, by that point, we were already feeling very uncomfortable and asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room was just as disappointing. Although there may have been slightly less hair, the bathroom was still in very poor condition, and the room itself smelled strongly of smoke. We genuinely appreciate the friendliness and willingness of the reception staff to help us, but the overall experience was simply not what we expected. After already having to change hotels once during our trip, we were hoping for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Instead, we spent several hours dealing with room issues and were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, we expected much more from this property. The poor cleanliness, maintenance issues and unpleasant smell made our stay a very disappointing experience.

  La ubicación, las instalaciones de recepción/zona de bar y la comodidad de las camas.

  Habíamos reservado una executive room doble (reservé esa porque parecían habitaciones más nuevas y reformadas que las habitaciones estándar), y en el check in nos dicen que la habitación que reservamos, no está disponible, que nos ascienden a una superior, resultando ser una triple estándar (para ellos, que tuviese una cama más ya era un rango mayor, pero era igual de antigua que las habitaciones dobles estándar) lo comunico en recepción y me dicen que no es posible asignar la que yo reservé porque están todas ocupadas. Nos conformamos... Al día siguiente también nos enteramos de que había una cesta de fruta de bienvenida en las habitaciones, que nunca disfrutamos porque no se nos ofreció. Nos dicen que tiene una zona de piscina y spa con masajes en un edificio anexo con muy mala pinta, la piscina llena de gente ajena al hotel, y la zona de masajes muy descuidada, paredes desconchadas, mal olor... No da nada de buena imagen al hotel. Desayuno correcto, nada espectacular. La lavandería un desastre, no hay ningún control y jamás puse utilizar la secadora por las horas que tarda en secar y la cola de gente que hay para utilizarla, tuve que llevarme la ropa mojada en la maleta... Y para terminar, decidimos salir a seguir explorando la ciudad la última noche y a la vuelta nos apetece un baño, comenzamos a llenar la bañera y el agua sale sucia, entre marrón y amarilla. Llamo a recepción y me dicen que ha habido una avería general en el hotel que ya se ha resuelto, que dejemos correr 10 min el agua y volverá a salir clara.... La realidad es que nunca salió clara, y no pudimos ni ducharnos antes de hacer el check out al día siguiente. Experiencia pésima, no recomendable.

  Das Frphstück war gut und das Personal war freundlich.

  Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Trotz Ohrstöpsel hat man im Nachbarzimmer jemanden schnarchen hören.
