    Peaceful hideaway among the wildlife

    Everything: the secluded location, the incredible views, the kangaroo, wallaby and deer sightings, the rare bird encounters, and the wonderful quietness. The cabin was comfortable and cosy, and the interior was decorated with great taste and care. It had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances and cookware. The beds were comfortable and warm, and there was a fireplace for the winter months, and everything required for a lovely evening with family. The host was warm and welcoming.

    Nothing at all. The access road is unsealed and mobile reception is patchy, but both were mentioned in the property description, so there were no surprises. The cabin has strong Wi-Fi, and our low-clearance car managed the road without any problems.

    I want to live here

    The property was magical. Stunning sunrise watching deer prance in the shadow only to have the brumbies come right up to us wishing us a good morning was the most picturesque amazing start to our day.

    A perfect stay in the mountains.

    Beautiful location on a rural property, modern appliances, fully equipped. The hosts had fruit, free range eggs (from their own chooks) and organic milk waiting for us. The horses were friendly too. You could see either the horses or wallabies from the lounge room. Everything was spotlessly clean, drawers and washing machine too.

    We liked everything.
